Working within a small and friendly team of Maintenance staff and a wider group responsible for the visitors and facilities, you will contribute to all areas of general maintenance, ensuring that the venues are safe and well presented for our audiences.
Work varies from responding to reactive maintenance calls to carrying out preventative maintenance, building related projects and arranging and supervising visiting contractors.

Awareness of and flexibility to be involved in all types of maintenance tasks are needed including plumbing tasks, dealing with building related emergencies and handyperson tasks. We are looking for a professional and friendly communicator who carries existing training and experience in a trade.
