Summary
Person specification: The successful applicant must be highly motivated and passionate about improving access to evidence based treatment for depression, anxiety disorders and PTSD The applicant must be able to demonstrate ability to manage a caseload and meet specified service targets Must be able to assess and manage clinical risk Must be able to work in team environment A driving license is essential for this post and the successful applicant must be able to travel to different locations The successful applicant must be computer literate Disclosure and Barring Service Check This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions. Main Duties The post holder will deliver evidence based therapy in primary care, to clients who have a range of mild to moderate, and severe common mental health problems. The post holder will deliver the evidence based interventions via differing modalities such as a group setting, face to face, and e-clinics. The post holder will participate in caseload management on a monthly basis The post holder will participate in clinical supervision on a weekly basis. The post holder will adhere to an activity contract agreed with the service manager at appraisal. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining continued professional development for professional accreditation and keeping a log of all related CPD The post holder will be seen as a skilled practitioner who will be a resource for the team and a source of clinical excellence and advice
