Summary
Answer incoming calls from patients within the set time frame. Assess patients needs using NHS Pathways Lite, (a clinical decision support software programme) to help the patient get the most appropriate care for their needs. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team which includes nurses and paramedics to deliver high quality patient care to callers.
