Summary
You will have a stimulating varied caseload working across multiple care pathways Early Supported Discharge (for stroke), Neurology rehabilitation (for patients with a broad range of neurological diagnoses), Integrated Community Healthcare (for patients with other long-term conditions affecting communication and/or swallowing eg dementia, COPD), and Palliative Care. You will have supervisory responsibilities which can include: B6 speech and language therapists, multidisciplinary rehabilitation assistants, and students. You will demonstrate clinical leadership and service development including e.g. engaging in quality improvement projects; and teaching to a broad range of stakeholder services.
