A few words about the role

Time and again, we receive customer reviews praising our customer service. Following a period of training, you will join our friendly team on the telephones – resolving customer queries and making sure new policyholders get the cover that’s right for them. Using modern contact centre technologies, you will help to make sure our customers receive a simple, friendly and personalised experience. And don’t worry, there’s no cold calling.

A few words about you

To thrive at Rothwell & Towler you need a certain mindset. One that never loses focus on the end customer. You will also have a good level of IT literacy, an eye for detail and fantastic listening and communication skills. Customer service experience would be an advantage – or experience in insurance, retail or hospitality – but it’s not essential.

Please note, whilst we offer hybrid working it is not full-time and we require our employees to be in the office 5 out of 10 days, working on a rota.
