You will be part of a small, outstanding team that offers individuals at Senior Fitness or Supervisory level to take that next step into management without having to jump through hurdles. What you’ll be doing as a Club Manager
- Finding innovative ways to put a smile on your members’ faces
- Ensuring that every member experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
- Living and breathing outstanding service, instilling trust in your fellow team mates to commit to an outstanding member experience
- Empowering your team, leading them with trust and ensuring that you all add a positive dimension to member visits
- Driving sales opportunities and maximising revenue
- Creating and conducting innovative, appealing and engaging programmes
- Controlling processes in line with company policy
What’ll make you a great fit for this Club Manager role
- You will already be an experienced and confident Fitness expert with experience leading a team.
- You’ll love people – and as a result, have great interpersonal and communication skills
