Sales Negotiator/Valuer based in Seaham

What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit an experienced and competent Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our client's fantastic team at our busy Seaham office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who will be responsible for dealing with offers, listings, viewings and sales progression, a proven track record ideally in Estate agency or a sales orientated role is preferred.

Estate agency experience is preferable although training will be provided and as Winners of the Sunday Times Letting agency of the year awards as well as achieving gold in investors in people you can rest assured you will be working for a fantastic company with lots of opportunity.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be target driven, have a flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude.

A day in the life of a Sales/Lettings Negotiator

You will start your day with a morning meeting with the rest of your team

You will prioritise and follow up all leads

You will arrange viewings and follow up on viewing feedback from the previous day

You will have a keen eye for opportunity and business development

You will take and negotiate offers between vendors and buyers

You will progress sales pipeline



A clean driving licence is preferred but not essential. The company will pay 45p per mile for any business miles.

The job is subject to suitable references.

The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday as well as a Saturday morning as per branch rota.
