Role Overview:
- Provide one-on-one or group support to students with SEN.
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to address student needs effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN preferred.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. , CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
Location: Chesterfield and surrounding areas.
