Are you dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN)? Join our team as a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant and be a vital part of creating an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, assisting them in accessing the curriculum and achieving their full potential.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailor support strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior support, promoting positive interactions and social skills development.
- Utilize your creativity and adaptability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences, catering to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students with SEN is preferred, but not essential.
- A patient, compassionate, and understanding approach to working with children with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
- A commitment to promoting inclusion and equality, championing the rights of students with SEN to access a high-quality education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
