As a valued member of our team, you'll play a vital role in assisting our IT Project Managers and Programme Management in bringing innovative IT projects to life. Your responsibilities will include providing crucial administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and actively contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

You'll have the opportunity to dive into a variety of tasks, from aiding in the implementation and documentation of new projects to supporting ongoing initiatives. This includes collaborating closely with project managers, gathering requirements, updating process maps, maintaining project plans, managing risk and issues logs, and overseeing cost spreadsheets.

• Assist with the testing of new IT systems and processes relating to IT Projects; creating testing scripts, arranging testing with staff and suppliers, documenting results and logging/escalating issues.
• Assist with the organisation and booking of project meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
• Monitor Project Support shared mailbox and Projects queue on IT Service Desk, then action or escalate requests as needed.
• Facilitate the technical approval process and monitoring of work packages.
• Assist with the Risk & Issues requirements of IT projects; checking progress, updating RAID logs etc.
• Assist with the Information Governance requirements of IT projects, including IG checklists, Data Privacy Impact Assessments, Data Processing Agreements etc. in collaboration with the IT project managers.
• Where projects will introduce new clinical systems, assist the relevant stakeholders with the Clinical Safety process and clinical safety documentation.
• To communicate both orally and in writing with a range of internal and external staff and organisations on behalf of the IT Project Team
• Updating the Information Asset Register for project information.
• Systems admin of project management reporting software PM3.
• File management of project folders on Teams/Sharepoint including creation of new project folders and closure & archiving of projects.
