Summary
Role Summary: Millwall Football Club is seeking a Club Receptionist to work on the front desk at The Den and be the crucial first point of contact for personal visitors or callers. It entails working effectively, efficiently, and collaboratively with all members of staff to ensure interactions with supporters, visitors, and clients are positive and handled professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Access control of reception and welcoming all visitors and staff
- Overseeing signing in and out system and ensuring adherence for all visitors
- Answering the phone and directing queries or issues efficiently and professionally
- Controlling the reception email account and replying / forwarding as required
- Co-ordinating deliveries to the relevant person / area of the stadium
- Sorting all incoming post and delivering to the relevant person / department
- Franking all outgoing post
- Managing stationery orders for The Den, training ground, and Academy
- Being a fire evacuation marshal
Essential Requirements
The successful applicant will be a confident, trustworthy, and reliable person with:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and efficient communication skills
Desired Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role(s) or environment
- A-Level qualifications
Salary: Competitive and based on experience

Responsible to: Chief Operating Officer
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
