Summary

One of most favourite, traditional Member’s Clubs in London is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their culinary team.

Requirements:

• Fresh food background from Hotel or Member’s Club
• Must have a good management and supervisory skills and lead by example
• Must have good craft skills
• It’s not Monday to Friday role, so must have weekend availability
• Bringing your own ideas to the table
