Summary
Administration Assistant
The post holder will be required to:
Carry out all normal office duties, including word processing and data entry using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer and Training and Events Manager
Collect and deliver post to and from post point
Enter income and expenditure information into QuickBooks.
Deal with queries regarding invoices, by letter, email and phone, from Member Parish and Town Councils, councillors and clerks. The ability to communicate clearly is essential.
Support training events by sending out joining instructions, arranging catering, circulating training materials.
Occasional support of the Chief Executive Officer at meetings and events.
The role will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
The Job Description will be reviewed with the agreement of the post holder on an annual basis of the anniversary of commencement.
