Summary
Please see attached job description The post-holder will maintain an overview of the service delivery, triaging referrals, undertaking assessments and delivering time limited brief interventions to adults with mental health needs managed within primary care provision. The post holder will manage and lead the clinical team, providing supervision and guidance to team members and guidance to the wider MDT.
