An exciting opportunity is available for a Sales & Marketing Apprentice, who will provide administration assistance to the Sales & Marketing team. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and an appetite for career progression and personal development.
You must have a hands-on approach, able to process information quickly and effectively… And you must love working in a fun and rewarding environment especially when things go crazy.?
Information:
Position: Sales & Marketing Apprentice
Location: Central London (EC3V)
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday - 08:30 – 17:00
Job Requirements:
Ideally will have been studying for a marketing/business/media qualification or have experience working in a sales and marketing environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration skills and written English
Excellent computer IT literacy skills - Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.
Good design skills and knowledge (i.e. Canva, InDesign, or photoshop)
Good personal experience of creating content and writing articles and posts (i.e. a blog/vlog).
To be confident, articulate, and resilient, with a strong work ethic
Demonstrable creative flair and artistic innovation.
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines - Natural problem solver and good at finding workarounds.
Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage your time, workload, files, and notes.
Keen mindfulness and attention to detail
Ready to get stuck in and become part of a friendly and passionate team.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the Sales and Marketing team.
Design and develop correctly branded social media and sales content.
Ensure sales and marketing SharePoint folders are updated and organised.
Happy to take onboard feedback gracefully and constantly build your skills.
Analyse data to provide insights and management information.
Write and design accurate documents and presentations for internal and external use.
Contribute to the production of annual survey reports as needed.
Assist with design and written content for the creation of tenders, brochures, leaflets, and other sales and branded materials.
Support the maintenance of the Bid & Content Libraries – sifting old content and replacing it with new and latest versions.
To have a smart appearance befitting the company and the corporate environment.
Undertake customer premise spot checks of branded material.
Assist with organising company photoshoots for socials and sales activity.
Be enrolled on and successfully complete a sales/marketing qualification.
