As a Sales and Marketing Administrator at our St Bartholomew's Hospital, you'll have the ability to brief, review and understand media plans, excellent copywriting and proof reading skills, excellent communications skills, with the ability to work well with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external partners and proactively contribute ideas. You'll have event planning and delivery experience, from invitation through to feedback. You should also have
relevant honours degree or equivalent of knowledge acquired through experience, other qualifications and training/development.
As our Sales and Marketing Assistant you will:

Support multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive hospital growth.

Collaborate with communications directorate to ensure hospital initiatives are in line with wider activity.

Manage monthly social media calendar.

Produce key hospital collateral including POS (point of sale), brochures, posters, digital TV screen collateral.

Report monthly on digital marketing performance and optimise where required (social, web, PPC)

Produce monthly newsletter and distribute to hospital teams.

Brief, record and share monthly video update from SLT.
It is desirable for you to have:

The ability to identify business trends, competitor understanding and analysis

Digital experience, including website development (possibly with basic coding abilities)

Relevant marketing qualification e.g. Certificate/Post Grad in Marketing (CIM) or equivalent qualification

Previous experience within the healthcare setting, especially in relation to private hospitals
