Looking for a rewarding and fulfilling part-time role as a Registered Nurse in a highly-rated care home? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Hill House, located in Sandbach, Cheshire.

The Role

In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be responsible for providing the highest standards of nursing care, clinical support, and personal assistance to our customers as outlined in their Person-Centred Plans. You will also be responsible for ordering and administering medication, adhering to safe storage practises and NMC guidelines.

As a Registered Nurse at Leonard Cheshire, you will lead and manage a team of support staff, prioritising and planning tasks and delegating where necessary to ensure the needs of our customers are met in a safe and caring environment. You will also support ongoing assessments, observing any changes in health and well-being, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
• Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practises at the level of a qualified nurse (Level 5)
• Understanding of the NMC Code of Conduct and relevant practise standards and guidance
• Effective nursing practise in all basic registered nurse procedures
• Flexibility to work rostered hours and on-call rota as required
