Summary

Randstad C&P are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our team for a commercial conversion scheme in Chichester. As the Site Manager, the selected candidate will oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires a candidate with experience running a job as a number one, or an assistant manager on a larger scheme

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on site, including coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and labor.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to maintain project timelines and standards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address any concerns and ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager with experience within the commercial industry being essential!
  • Valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction best practices.
