Summary

Delta Academies Trust is looking to appoint a Programme Officer to join the growing Exchange Teacher Training (ETT) team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the Programme Officer, you will provide an efficient and comprehensive range of confidential administrative and organisational services for our initial teacher training programmes as required. You will support the marketing, recruitment, training and development of our first cohort of trainees, as well as coordinating the quality assurance of our programmes. You will organise training sessions held remotely and in person at the Education Exchange Conference Centre in Knottingley and alternative venues as required. You will be a key link for the network of applicants, trainees, and personnel in the partnership and our Lead Delivery Partners as well as partner schools. You will also provide wider administrative support for ETT as required, acting as an ambassador for both ETT and Exchange Teaching Hub (ETH).

This is a full-time role to start in May 2024. Part-time and/or term-time working will be considered. You will be based at Education House in Knottingley.
