Your role will see you: Setting the behaviours, values, and culture for effective cross functional working, with direct leadership of clinical service delivery across the region. Developing internal and external patient pathways and SOPs in line with organisational/commissioner requirements, DHU performance and contractual requirements. Supporting the Clinical Director, Managing Director and SLT, including the service development team, in securing the organic growth of UEC by expanding services that are provided across DHU, including the design, development and mobilisation or transformation of innovative new services that are commercially viable for commissioning by the NHS. Monitoring expenditure against budgets to ensure the achievement of financial targets in line with the clinical workforce, taking appropriate action to resolve any budgetary issues and submit appropriate options proposals for executive review / authorisation. Line management of senior clinicians and as a key leader, consistently demonstrating DHUs values and behaviours.
