We are looking for a number of experience Qualified Supervising SW's -
These will be to go into our Kinship Fostering team - workers must be Social Care Wales members -


Cardiff City Council are looking to bring two qualified Social Workers to assist cover in our Kinship fostering support team.

As a social worker in Cardiff you will make an impact on children’s lives, through your commitment and dedication you will help deliver high quality services and use a child-centred approach by supporting the approved carers. Our social workers make a real difference to the families they work with and help their families who may have had a difficult start in life to achieve their best outcomes. As a social worker you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding children, building upon family relationships to support and empower children and their families to make important choices about the direction of their lives.

Listening to families and children are at the heart of what we do . You would be working in partnership with families helping them to develop skills for their children to live in a happy and safe home environment.

This role does not include undertaking Form F assessments.
