Summary

I am a young boy living in the Cwmdu area of Swansea. I have autism and learning disabilities. I am non-verbal. I am very energetic and need constant supervision. I love being outdoors and going for walks in my pushchair. I get sensitive to noise so sometimes wear ear defenders. I also love to chill with my iPad and have cuddles. I go to school daily so I would need someone out of school hours, overnight and during school holidays.

Must have previous experience.

Tasks involved.
• Take me out for a walk.
• Supervise me at all times
• Personal care/ toilet needs.

Concerning the position

You will be formally employed by the Direct Payment Client which requires a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis) . A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
