Summary
I am a young boy living in West Cross. I have ADHD and high functioning ASD. I enjoy the outdoors, music and football. I am looking for a PA with lots of energy, but they would also need to be calm and patient. My PA would need to like the outdoors.

Tasks involved.
• Taking me to different activities
• Supporting me at the Gym
• Have a kickabout on the football pitch.
• Make me a snack.
• Tidy up

• Be willing to undertake any training identified as relating to the post e.g. Manual Handling Course, Basic First Aid
Concerning the position
You will be formally employed by the Direct Payment Client which requires a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis) . A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
