Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, reviews, and audits across different departments to identify areas for improvement
Analyze and evaluate the performance of processes, systems, and policies within the organization
Make recommendations for enhancements based on assessment findings
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback and develop strategies for implementing changes
Monitor and track progress of recommended changes
Prepare and present reports summarizing assessment results and recommendations to management
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
Proven experience in conducting assessments and reviews, preferably in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Day: £207.58
