Summary

We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist who can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and good attention to detail. The role is based in a world renowned Financial Institution in central London.

Salary £26000.00

Duties

As the face of the clients business you will be required to provide a professional and welcoming, can do attitude to both internal and external clients.

To prepare and plan for external visitors and assist the hosts with details regarding getting to the location and facilities available.

To validate identity of visitors and issue Security ID's to external visitors and contractors alike. Logging the issuance of ID's after validation of their identity and management of the ID through to return and the visitors departure.

To ensure that you provide a professional and attentive approach to all internal and external clients ensuring they are greeted professionally and courtesy at all times.

Ensuring the host is informed of their arrival and managing their comfort whilst they wait. This will include offering hospitality, explaining the building evacuation protocol and location of rest rooms and facilities available to them.

Maintain the Reception area to the highest standards, take ownership for your environment raising all faults and issues with the facilities team.

Ensure a high level of security is maintained throughout the reception at all times. Any breaches are escalated immediately.

To support the Service Level Agreement by ensuring that all Customer Support activities are carried out effectively

Be prepared to assist colleagues in a willing and positive manner including assisting with other duties as required

Co-ordinate a taxi booking/couriers and any other services offered.

To provide an outstanding level of customer service to clients and customers that meets or exceeds their expectations

To take reasonable care for our own health & safety and that of others who may be affected by what you do or what you fail to do

To maintain a professional appearance ensuring uniform is worn in the correct manner

Liaise with customers via both verbal and written communication, proactively engage and build relationships with customers, ensuring that the position becomes the first point of contact for all queries.

Promote safe working environment and report any accidents or near misses to Mitie lifeline representatives and ensure appropriate records are completed.

To acquire a good knowledge of all on site services to be able to advise individual customers in line with their needs.

To report health and safety issues, including all accidents and near misses to Mitie Lifeline .

To support the Workplace team with concierge duties and events as required.

To support any reasonable requests by your line manager.
