Summary
The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit experienced Sales Advisors and Order Processing Managers to work at our client, based in Farlington, Portsmouth.
Duties to include, but not limited to: Working for a company that stores, supplies and installs windows and doors Selling products to new and existing customers, working towards targets Greeting and serving customers Processing orders on an in-house system Providing quotations Managing a team of Order Processors Training sales staff on the in-house system Setting performance expectations Conducting reviews Previous experience in sales and managing a team is essential to be considered for this role. Previous experience of working with windows would be highly advantageous.
This is for an immediate start, and an ongoing full-time position, with the company offering a permanent contract after a 12-week qualifying period.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30.
Pay rate of £11.44 - £14.42 per hour, depending on previous experience.
