Summary

Are you a seasoned Account Handler seeking an exciting new opportunity? Our client is expanding their team and seeking a dedicated individual to join them in managing a diverse portfolio of clients. With a book of business valued at around £300k and consisting of clients who spend an average of £10,000, this role offers the chance to showcase your skills and contribute to the team's success.

As an Account Handler, you'll assist the Account Executive in delivering exceptional service to clients. This involves managing client queries, handling policies, negotiating with insurers, and ensuring seamless communication. You'll become part of an established team of 5 Account Handlers, with the potential to be the 6th member due to expansion.

This role offers flexibility with a blend of office and remote work (4 days in the office, 1 day at home), promoting a healthier work-life balance. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the insurance industry and be familiar with Acturis or similar software. Candidates with backgrounds in commercial SME and manual broking experience are encouraged to apply.

Although this is primarily an office-based position, there will be opportunities to accompany the Account Executive on client visits occasionally.
