Summary

You will be joining our team of 29 oncologists, supported by a team of Specialist Registrars, Specialty Doctors, SHOs, AHPs and Specialist Nurses. Candidates from either the UK, or overseas are welcome to apply. We would welcome enquiries from anyone wishing to follow the RCR CESR training route onto the specialist registers. The department is actively supporting individuals embarking on this career pathway. The Royal Surrey County Hospital Foundation Trust provides specialist Cancer and Haemato-Oncological care, including complex Cancer surgery, to the population of the South West Surrey and Hampshire, a catchment area of approximately 1.4 million. Non-surgical oncological treatment for these patients is provided at the St. Lukes Cancer Centre, which is an integral part of the Trust. There are close links with surrounding cancer units and the Surrey Clinical Research Centre.
