Summary

School Administration Assistant (Level 2)We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly and organised individual to be the first point of contact for all visitors and pupils at our busy reception. 37 hours per week, 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 3:00pm Friday, term time only.PermanentSt George's School - A Church of England Academy are seeking to appoint an experienced Office Administrator who has ideally worked within a busy school office. The ideal candidate will be a personable and engaging character who can use their initiave and be flexible. You should have good customer service, ICT and communication skills. We are seeking an individual who is well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm, friendly, motivated and passionate about providing an excellent support service to our children, staff and visitors. Training will be given to the right candidate but you will require good IT skills, particularly Google Docs/Sheets and a knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage.
