Working pattern: This is a term time only position. The working hours are from 8.30am to 3.15pm with 1 hour Lunchtime Supervision and a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. This is a Monday-Friday position, although part time or flexible hours will be considered for the right candidate.Salary: Learning Support Assistant S3 Salary: (pro rata) £21,269 - £21,776 with pay award pending. This is a wonderful opportunity to join the Send C of E Primary School family of inspirational teachers and support staff. The position involves supporting the class teacher, as well as working directly with children, including those with a range of language, social communication and associated behavioural needs. We will offer training but experience of working with children would be a significant advantage, as would any qualification in school support. We are looking for someone who: Has a sense of humour, patience, and genuine love for children. Can be flexible and support learning in a creative way. Is enthusiastic, reliable, punctual, and dependable. Is a good team player and able to use their initiative.
