Summary

Exciting opportunities to join the Shooting Stars Worcester, WR1 3JR, team as a Nursery Nurse or Room Leader!

Salary: £12.50 - £13.70 per hour

Shift Patterns: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), 40 hours per week, other part time shift patterns considered.

Responsibilities of a Shooting Stars Nursery Nurse or Room Leader:

Enthusiasm & commitment to delivering high quality childcare.
Knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS, Ofsted inspections, working with children with Special Educational Needs.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding procedures.
A Key Person, building relationships & working in partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
For Room Leader role; ability to lead, monitor & support a team of staff to ensure the highest quality of care at all times and liaise with the management team where needed.
Requirements for a Shooting Stars Nursery Nurse or Room Leader role:

Minimum Level 3 full & relevant Early Years childcare qualification.
Experience working in a children’s day nursery.
For Room Leader roles, experience in a team leader role is required.
We are open 7.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday 51 weeks a year, except bank holidays. We are currently not able to offer any term time only roles.
