Essentials & Key Responsibilities:
A genuine passion for Early Years education, ensuring the highest quality of care and teaching is delivered at all times.
Professionalism, confidence and skills to communicate and engage effectively with our parents, carers, children and staff.
Key leadership role, which requires a dedicated, creative & inspiring leader, able to take responsibility for all aspects of managing the nursery.
Named suitable person in charge of the nursery and responsible for all operational and regulatory aspects, including safeguarding, health and safety practices, child protection in the setting, and maintaining accurate and up to date systems and records at all times.
Directly responsible for the effective leadership of the nursery team, providing training, coaching and mentoring and implementing a robust performance management strategy to ensure service excellence for our current and prospective customers.
Minimum experience and qualification requirements to apply:
Minimum of two years’ experience of working in an Early Years setting in a manager or deputy role, or at least two years’ other suitable experience.
Minimum full and relevant Early Years Level 3 childcare qualification as recognised by the Department for Education.
Knowledge and experience of; delivering the EYFS, Ofsted inspections and working with children with Special Educational Needs.
