Full Time. Monday – Friday. Office-based or Remote.

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be engaging with new and existing businesses, introducing our company, showcasing our offerings, and fostering meaningful relationships. Your role is pivotal in establishing connections, understanding their needs, and laying the groundwork for potential partnerships. Join us in expanding our network and driving collaborative growth opportunities with businesses across various industries.

Responsibilities:
The role is going to be consistent so someone who wants to spend their working day speaking to various people, being given challenges and achieving their goals would suit this role. The role includes but is not limited to:

• Finding New Opportunities: Look for new places where the business can grow by studying the market and checking out what other similar businesses are doing.
• Talking to Potential Clients: Reaching out to people who might be interested in what the company offers, building relationships, and understanding what they need.
• Teaming up with other businesses: Making friends with other companies to work together in ways that help everyone grow.
• Making good offers: Creating appealing presentations and proposals that show how the company can help others and why they should work together.
• Planning how to sell: Working with the sales team to make plans and set goals for selling the company's stuff and reaching its money targets.

Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate would have some or all of the qualities below, but most of all be up for a challenge, don’t shy away from rejection or defeat, be determined to succeed.
It would be suitable for both experienced or inexperienced individuals who have come from any workplace environment. Those in customer-facing roles would suit this role best due to the nature of their current jobs.

• Good level of proficiency on the computer
• Resilient and Perseverant to keep moving forward in difficult circumstances or the face of barriers - be persistent without being pushy and resilient to handle rejections.
• Able to do market research - finding information about companies and understanding their structures to identify the right decision-makers.
• Empathetic and have strong listening skills
• Organisational skills - Managing multiple contacts, keeping track of conversations, and following up systematically even just to stay in touch and check in.
• Adaptable and confident - adaptable to different industries / different people and confident in presenting the company's offerings and in their own abilities.
• Positive attitude - Maintaining enthusiasm and positivity, even in the face of rejection, is crucial for keeping up morale and motivation.

This role can be done remotely but the candidate must have a good level of English in order to be successful.
