As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting functionality and quality tests on repaired mobile devices, ensuring they meet our stringent standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough functionality and quality tests on mobile devices.
- Meet targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Accurately document all completed work using our internal stock system.
- Take ownership and responsibility for the devices assigned to you.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment, promptly reporting any health and safety concerns.
Key Skills:
Accountability and a strong sense of ownership.
A genuine passion for technology and mobile devices.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Thriving in a deadline-driven environment.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Knowledgeable on phones preferred but not required
Happy to do repetitive tasks.
