To support our Engineering Team we are looking for a Total Loss Specialist, who will have a key opportunity to contribute to the
operational excellence of our expanding business.



We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want
you to be a part of it!




The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

* Accurately valuing vehicles
* Evaluating claims and determining total loss status.
* Co-ordinating with insurance providers.
* Generating Audatex Assessments
* Update records/spreadsheets
* Using images and invoices to produce final reports (estimates & total losses)
* A clear, methodical and clean working area
* Follow company processes (imaging, QC paperwork and quality standards are met)
* Supporting the development of the business and maintain team morale
* Supply a positive and enthusiastic approach to your working day at all times
* Performing all other ad hoc administrative duties as allocated by the Operations Manager

* Audatex experience
* Reporting experience
* Able to complete work from start to finish within the time frame given to a high standard.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and extremely organised with a keen eye for detail.
* Keen to support others and be a cooperative team player.
* Be a key communicator.
