Are you passionate about housing and customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Ownership Specialist to join the successful team. As part of the Customer Service Management Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional homeownership experience for our customers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to shared ownership, leasehold, and freehold properties.
- Address complex issues such as lease compliance, breaches, enforcement, lease extensions, and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide data-led solutions.
- Keep customers informed of progress and resolutions.

- Housing Expertise:
You'll have knowledge of homeownership, leasehold, and freehold management. - Legal Acumen:
