Summary

37 hours per week on a rolling 12-week rota including weekends and bank holidays.

In this role you will:
Assist Management in the operation of the Street Management service by acting as supervisor to Street Wardens.
Carry out patrols for on-street, off-street and enviro-crime as currently carried out by Street Wardens. Issue penalty charge notices and fixed penalty notices in line with appropriate legislation and Council policies.
Carry out administration duties including rotas and shift patrols for Street Wardens day to day duties and ensure staff work within their allotted patrol routes and adhere to working hours and lunch breaks.
Carry out on the job staff training across the range of duties carried out by the Street Wardens including car park machine rectification and basic remedial work.
Assist Management in maintaining accurate records of all cash received through car park pay machines.
Be the first point of contact and to provide a ‘base’ for all incoming calls and enquiries from the Street Wardens and to offer assistance and advice.
Assist in the daily operation of on and off-street enforcement in line with service level agreement with Leicestershire County Council.
Be a point of contact for members of the public, speak to customers and resolve issues where possible, record any information, review, and recommend any improvements.
