Summary

Overview
We are looking to appoint a creative, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join the SEN (Special Educational Needs) Department in the primary phase of Aylesbury Vale Academy

The position is permanent, 39 weeks per year and 35.75 hours per week, and the actual salary will be pro-rata'd to reflect this working pattern.

Salary Type: Bucks pay

Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 3 Point 16 to 20 (£27,310 to £29,295) FTE

Contract type: Permanent

About the role
Previous experience in EYFS is desirable, but not essential and applicants must have a willingness to undertake any additional training as appropriate. We heed someone who communicates well with young people to make a positive impact on the lives of those in the community we serve. We work as part of a time to support each other, both with the demands of our work and our wellbeing.

About you
Applicants must have a GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent qualification.

Flexibility in our approach, resilience, good listening and communication skills, having a positive attitude to young people and good organisational skills are required.
