We are seeking a highly motivated individual looking to share their artistic talent with service users from our Extra Care Services in Harrow. We require someone who has the ability to develop and co-ordinate a stimulating range of artistic activities for our clients. You will be developing art activities in a collaborative manner, ensuring that they meet clients’ goals, improve their wellbeing and enhance social inclusion.

You will have knowledge about various art techniques which you will be able to impart to our clients in a guiding and supportive manner. You will be developing these activities collaboratively, ensuring that you meet clients’ goals, improve their wellbeing and enhance social inclusion. This is a fulfilling and fun-filled role, with a large scope for personal and professional development.

You must be a proactive and creative person with a warm and patient disposition. A genuine interest in working with older adults at risk is essential as is a commitment to diversity.

You will be based in our service in Harrow, which is easily accessible via tube and bus services. Working hours will be generally within the hours of 9am to 5pm; however there will be an expectation to work on occasional evenings and weekends, so some flexibility will be required.
