Summary
The Relationship Fundraising team are looking for a Corporate Relationship Fundraiser to lead on growth and stewardship from our corporate supporters within the South patch of our service area. This post holder will actively seek out relationships to develop and establish income generating opportunities within local businesses.

You’ll work as part of a multi-disciplinary, hospice-wide team, at a highly valued local charity that supports people who need specialist palliative care in West Essex and East Hertfordshire. The specialist care St Clare Hospice delivers ensures those with the most complex conditions are cared for in a supportive environment. This means family members can become husbands, wives, sons, and daughters again, rather than carers.
We strive to develop staff engagement and satisfaction, maintain employee retention, and ensure St Clare Hospice is a preferred employer of choice. This role sits within our Relationship Fundraising Team – you will work closely with your fundraising counterparts, as well as having the support of our fundraising administrator. Your line manager will support and guide you as you develop in your role, giving you the autonomy and flexibility to excel.
Formal qualifications are not a prerequisite to carry out this role as training and development will be provided to the right candidate; we value the skills and experiences you bring.
