Purovets are proud to share an exciting opportunity for a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join the friendly team at a small animal practice in Worcestershire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for you to shape your responsibilities according to your interests. Whether you prefer focusing solely on consultations or want to include surgeries, they are exceptionally flexible to accommodate your preferences.

They are a small, family-friendly practice with plans to expand and grow their fabulous team and continue refurbishing their facilities. They aim to offer an excellent service to their clients, and to help them do that they have in-house lab machines, x-ray and ultrasound as well as our recently refurbished kennels. As a team they pride themselves on their fear-free, individually tailored approach to patients and their humans, team work and supporting each other and a healthy work balance that flexes to the needs of individual team members.

The team is made up of 2 experienced veterinary surgeons, 2 registered veterinary nurses, 1 student vet nurse, 3 client care advisors and the practice manager. They are Silver Cat Friendly Accredited and Dog Friendly Accredited. The clinical director has a certificate in chronic pain management and the other vet has an interest in exotic pets. They provide a culture of continuous improvement and support within the practice.

Although this is a part time role, working 11 20 hours a week and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, between 9am and 12pm, they understand that a healthy work-life balance is crucial for the well-being and productivity of all team members. Role:

- Salary up to £75,000 FTE DOE
- 11 20 hours a week, 9am 7pm
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 9am 12pm
- No OOHs
- Flexible rota options
