Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to work on our Thames Water Capital Delivery Framework. This will be covering our works in South London.
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will report directly to the Customer Liaison Manager and support Project Teams while working with the Client Customer Teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers experience is a positive one and that all customers are treated in a professional and considerate way ensuring minimal impact.
You will be managing your own workload so you must be highly organised with great communication skills. You will be expected to meet your colleagues and clients onsite and deal with customers face to face and over the telephone.
You will understand C-MeX, D-MeX and how we contribute to it. You will help to delivery onsite customer training. You will prepare daily, monthly and weekly reports. You will also be placed on an Out of Hours rota as a contact for emergencies.
Do you have an understanding of the water industry?

Can you build trusting relationships with customers?
Are you willing to go the extra mile and provide a high level of customer service?
Do you hold a current driving licence? You will need to hold one to be considered for this role.
Are you a STEM Ambassador? This is a bonus and not a requirement.
