Summary
At AXA Partners, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Dedicated Services Team as one of our Customer Service Claims Handlers.
As a Customer Service Claims Handler, you will be taking inbound calls relating to the sale and administration of our motor breakdown policies as well as reviewing car hire and excess claims once skilled across the team.
As we strive to give our employee’s work/life balance, this role involves a mixture of home and office working with your base office located in Redhill.
Working Hours: Our working hours are full time, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. No weekends or Bank Holidays!
Salary: £23,669.71 + £500 language allowance (if applicable)
What you’ll be doing:
To answer inbound calls from AXA Motor Breakdown customers to administer renewals, address or vehicle changes and cancellations.
To sell and administer other AXA products and their accessories to customers of our clients.
To review car hire excess claims on our online system and process claims for customers
Ensuring all cases are dealt with on a timely basis and regularly reviewed.
