Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Home Ventilation team for a lead band 7 nurse.
You will form part of the wider motor neurone disease team which includes a lead MND nurse based at QMC alongside the MND neurologist and palliative care consultant.
The role includes management of the home ventilation team and managing your own caseload of patients.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. as this role requires travelling around the east midlands area support patients with Motor Neurone Disease in their own homes.
The applicant must be able to be competent in medical devices related to home ventilation for patients with complex motor neurone disease.
Experience in managing patients with motor neurone disease is essential.
