Salary: £45,000 per annum, with OTE up to £50,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

We are working alongside an installer of UK manufactured products to recruit for an Installations Manager who will be overseeing approx. 8 installations teams across an assigned region.
Your role will be split across being based in the Head Office in Ringwood and field based across your assigned region where you will be undertaking pre-installation planning, quality checks, improving processes and working practices
Key duties will include;
• Pre-Installation Planning – Ensuring each team has everything they need to do the job 1st time, every time
• Collaborating with the Surveyors to ensure accurate method statements are provided to the Installation Teams with all H & S considerations
• Collaborating with the Warehouse teams to ensure each installation is prepared ready for the teams to collect with every item and highlighting any product quality control issues
• Liaising with both the Planning Manager & Contract Administration Team to ensure that all issues from customers relating to their installation are handled appropriately first time, every time and reduce the need for repeat visits
• Carrying out regular Quality Inspections (2 to 3 per day) to ensure a high standard of workmanship
• Conducting regular meetings with Installation Teams acting on feedback and improvement suggestions from within the team
• Maintaining customer relations, liaising with them to ensure they are receiving effective service and delivery, providing timely solutions to issues as they arise
The successful applicant will possess;
• Previous experience in an Installations Manager or equivalent role
• Experience managing teams of Sub-Contractors / Engineers
• Previous experience as a Surveyor or Fitter (Desirable)
• Ability to communicate with staff of all levels and abilities
• Great planning & organisational skills
• Attention to detail – we require work of a high standard
• Some flexibility in working hours
