Summary
Title: Installations Supervisor / Technical Manager The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading conservatory installation company in the Ringwood area for an Installation manager. This is an office based role, with Technical knowledge of conservatory installations paramount as well as previous managerial experience.
Responsibilities: Liaising with installers on site to assess, advise and direct installations. Provide support and solutions for any problems fitters encounter onsite. Complete regular reports on past due installations, completed installations, orders, escalation issues. Direct installation teams, ensuring correct materials are used and jobs are completed on time. Ensure in house system is correct and updated regularly Handle customer queries and complaints Sign off on jobs before fitters leave site. Any other reasonable duties as requested. Ideal candidate: Previous experience as an installation manager in the conservatory fitting industry Extensive technical knowledge regarding conservatory fitting Proven record of managing teams of installers/fitters Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay Rate: Salary based. £45k per year plus 5k per year discretionary bonus
This is a permanent position with an immediate start available for the right candidate
