The role is to start asap for a 6-month period and they need someone to work Monday to Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm, you will be providing office administration support to the Transport Manager and the Global transportation team.
Duties will include
• Coordinating with other departments within an organisation, including Distribution centre inbound and outbound teams, finance, customer service and our nominated partners
• Provide necessary Certificate of Insurance for customers
• Work to resolve all carrier disposition requests
• Admin for all carrier portals, keeping information updated
• All other administrative or general office support related to duties as assigned.
• File of Transportation claims.
• Resolve any open payment issues.
Person skills
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional business environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Reliable, self-starter with strong organisational skills, and extreme attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high-volume, high-quality work in an expedient and efficient manner
