Summary

As a team we are aiming to provide an excellent service for our local community, and are seeking candidates who share our passion. There are opportunities for team working and facilitating groups such as MBT/CBT based interventions. The MDT consists of medics, psychological therapists, social workers, OTs, RMNs and support workers, as well as embedded workers from the third sector to support with employment, housing and social needs. You will be supported by an experienced leadership team from across the professions who facilitate forums for Nurses and hold your development as central. We offer regular supervision and you will be encouraged and supported to undertake any training relevant to your professional development. We would prefer you to work 30 to 37.5 hours per week, which will include evening and weekend working- we welcome flexible working so please call us to discuss how we may be able to accommodate other working patterns. You will not be required to work night shifts. Previous applicants need not apply. All new starters have a 6 month probationary period. This, together with the induction process, aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale Candidates not currently employed by the Trust who attend an interview for non-qualified Band 1-5 posts are required to undertake numeracy and literacy assessments. Appointment to this post is subject to the trust receiving satisfactory references covering 3 years of employment or study. Please ask your referees to respond promptly to reference requests. Employees are expected to undertake mandatory and statutory training related to their role.
