All Chefs' career development is a core focus for them, and they have many opportunities for you to gain new skills and experience a wide variety of menus, restaurant styles and sizes, all featuring the very best of fresh ingredients. It's a unique opportunity for any chef serious about their career to join and experience.
They offer a great salary of £32,448.00 per year, plus service charge (around £3,000-£3,500 per year), meals on duty and uniform. This is for a 48 hour per week contract, working 5 days out of 7. Live-in accommodation is also available for this role, which is at an extra cost (£256pm including bills) and 5 minutes' walk from the Hotel.

They also offer a raft of excellent benefits including:
• Access to onsite mental health first aiders, and an employee assistance programme from Hospitality Action
• Free access to wellbeing resources - online exercise classes, mindfulness tools and nutritious recipes
• Hundreds of High Street discounts and a cash back card via Hospitality Rewards
• Estate discounts on dining, stays, wine, spa products and more
• Be rewarded with £1000 to spend how you wish in our employee recognition programme
• Up to £1000 when you successfully refer a friend to work with us
• Free, in-person financial planning advice
• Broad ranging careers in all the usual hotel departments and a few you wouldn’t expect…like our adventure team
• Fully funded apprenticeship opportunities
