Summary
Personal Assistant required for a happy and lively 5 year-old boy who lives in St Austell.
A personal assistant would allow him to engage in both indoor and outdoor activities with a trusted adult, outside of his school and family life.
He likes nursery rhymes, music and children’s TV, and also likes to access sensory activities.
£11.70 per hour.
5 hours per week are available, although this is flexible.
Some weekend and school holiday availability will be required.
Some knowledge or personal experience of working with young people with special educational needs is essential.
The successful applicant will be employed under a private arrangement with the family. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
All offers of employment will be subject to the successful candidate undertaking an enhanced DBS check; this administration process will be undertaken by Cornwall Council.
